A punch list for residential builders, their crews, and the homeowner.
At the end of a build there’s a list of small things left to fix. That list usually lives in texts, photos, and someone’s notebook, and the people doing the work don’t all see the same version.
In Carbide List the builder walks the house and adds each item, with a photo and the trade it belongs to. Crews get a link to the project. They don’t need an account or an app. When they finish something, they mark it done and attach a photo.
The builder checks it against the original request and either closes it or sends it back with a reason. A homeowner can report a problem too, but only the builder can mark work complete. Everything stays attached to the item, so there’s a record at closeout.
It works in English and Spanish. What a crew writes in Spanish shows up in English for the builder, and the other way around, with the original kept.
