Genetic Playbook
If you have your raw DNA file, it’s hard to know what any of it means.
Genetic Playbook read the file in your browser, so it was never uploaded anywhere, and explained the results in plain language. The variant IDs and references were there if you wanted to check them.
The hard question was confidence. A clear explanation is easier to believe, so it has to be careful about how much a finding actually says.
The interface was later called GenePriv. The project is closed and doesn’t offer any health service.
